Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our vacation rental properties listed on Airbnb. This role is integral to ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing property revenue through effective management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient operation and management of vacation rental properties.

• Ensure top-tier guest experiences and property maintenance.

• Perform weekly travel to different property sites within Florida.

• Prepare detailed reports by analyzing data and trends for property improvement.

• Develop marketing strategies to increase property visibility and bookings.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or similar roles.

• Fluent in English and Spanish; basic proficiency in Portuguese.

• Ability to travel weekly within Florida.
